The toppers and ink have a shelf life of well over 6 months allowing you to keep it until you need it with no fear of it losing its colour or ruining the quality of the topper.
How much notice do I need to give for orders?A minimum of 24 hours but the more time the better.
Would it be possible to see a proof before purchase?
Yes a proof will be e-mailed to you for your approval before printing
How is the topper mailed?
The topper is mailed in a zip-lock bag and board backed envelope. It is recommended that you keep the topper in these until you are ready to use it, and also keep it within room temperature.
When will goods be despatched?
Goods will be despatched on receipt of payment - and normally on same day as purchase
Will the topper come off the backing sheet ok?
Yes it should. There are clear instructions as to how to go about this but if you do experience any difficulty whatsoever then please contact me.
How do I get my photograph to you?
You could email the photo or you could mail it. If you choose to mail it, the photo will be returned to you along with the topper. Please note that no photographs are stored on my computer. After the order has been completed the photograph is deleted. Any questions not covered - then please contact me!
Do I have to pay using PayPal?
PayPal is one way of making payment but I am quite happy to receive payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card via website
On a sheet of 12 do I have to have all the same image?
No - you can have as many different images as you want with no extra cost
Can I have text added to the topper?
There is no charge for artwork or for adding text to your chosen image on your cake topper
On the chocolates can I add my own photograph?
The chocolate wrappers can be printed using either photograph or image of your choice. The back of the wrappers can also be printed with a message if you wish to include one - at no extra cost.
What colour foils are the chocolates available in?
The chocolates are available in gold, silver, red, purple or black foil - but please check for availability
What flavours are the chocolates?
The chocolates are available in milk, milk mint, plain, plain mint and orange flavour
Is there a minimum order for the chocolates or sweets?
Yes -18 chocolates and a minimum of 6 for the personalised bag toppers
How are the chocolates mailed?
They are mailed 2nd class standard delivery - if they are required sooner - first class mailing or next day delivery is an option at extra cost
