Edible cake toppers are a very thin sheet of flavourless icing. They come on a backing sheet and with easy to follow instructions as to how to apply them to your cake.    

The icing sheets are made using the following ingredients;

• Cornstarch, corn syrup, cellulose,
• corn syrup solids, water, sugar,
• vegetable oil, gum arabic,
• polysorbate 80 and citric acid.         

The ingredients used for the sheets are 100% EC approved ingredients.

The sheets are safe for human consumption and they have been approved as such by Health & Safety in the UK.

The icing sheets along with the inks used are all Kosher.

The toppers are printed on a 'food only' printing system using approved edible inks.

Photographs/images of your choice can be printed onto the sheets with or without text, making the toppers really personal and tailored to your specific requirements.
